08/1.8.2019 The petitioners were directed to file a substitution petition by order dated 20.11.2008. Subsequent thereto, it appears that on several occasions, learned counsel for the petitioners was absent and no substitution application was filed. By way of last indulgence, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.7.2019 vide order dated 28.6.2019. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that client has taken away the file and he has no instruction to pursue this matter.
In view of the aforesaid facts, therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed
for non prosecution.
