Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gamharia
P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, C. C. Case No. 91 of 2019.
The petitioner and the informant were known to each other from before and it has been mentioned that physical relationship was also established and she became pregnant and ultimately delivered a female child on 13.01.2019.
The informant was a major lady and she was a consenting party. In the statement recorded under Section 164 CrPC of the victim she has supported assertion made in the First Information Report. The informant, therefore, was aware about the consequences of establishing physical relationship with the petitioner which continued unabated. The petitioner is in custody since16.07.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikela, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, C. C. Case No. 91 of 2019.
