Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019.

The marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner in 2013. It has been alleged that there was a demand of Rs. 01 Lakh cash and a motorcycle and on account of non-fulfillment of which she was subjected to torture. Ultimately the informant was ousted from her matrimonial house. It has also been alleged that the petitioner had developed illicit relationship with his sister-in-law.

The petitioner appears to be husband of the informant and he is in custody since 17.09.2019.

Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019.
