Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019.
The petitioner was apprehended with stolen coal. He happens to be the driver of Truck No. JH10AZ-6821 and is in custody since 18.11.2019.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019.
