Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing for the State.
The petitioners are accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019.
Truck No. JH02Y-6048 and two other trucks were intercepted and it was alleged that the coal was being transported on the basis of forged documens. The petitioner No. 1 is the driver of the vehicle bearing registration No. JH02Y6048 while the petitioner No. 2 is the cleaner. Both the petitioners are in custody since 20.10.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 140 of 2019.
