Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. No. 116 of 2006 arising out of Chandil P.S. Case No. 22 of 2006 corresponding to G. R. No. 112 of 2006(S).
This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail granted to the petitioner on 10.08.2006 in B. A. No. 5240 of 2006. However, on account of his non-appurtenance, bail bond was cancelled and he was declared as an absconder on 12.02.2015. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge – II, Seraikella, in connection with S. T. No. 116 of 2006 arising out of Chandil P.S. Case No. 22 of 2006 corresponding to G. R. No. 112 of 2006(S) subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial .
