Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

Both the bail applications have been heard together and are being disposed of by a common order as the the instant cases arise out of th same F.I.R

The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 414/419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B)/66(C)/66(D) of the I.T.Act in connection with Karmatanr P.S Case No. 79 of 2018 pending in the court of ACJM Jamtara.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners are innocent persons and has committed no offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case .

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

The petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr P.S Case No. 79 of 2018, subject to the condition as follows :-

(I) petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till conclusion of trial and will cooperate in trial, failing which the trial court is at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.

(II) petitioners are further directed that along with bail bond, they will furnish their cell Numbers and Xerox coy of AADHAR Card in the court below.

(III) Further petitioners shall deposit Rs. 25,000/- each before the court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds which will be subject to the result of the case and will not prejudice the case of the petitioners.

(IV) One of the bailors must be close relatives.
