The petitioner has been made an accused for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 34 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and not committed any offence whatsoever alleged in the FIR. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2018.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
Be that as it may, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Twenty Five thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M,1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Manatu P.S. case No. 07 of 2018, corresponding to G.R.No.319/18 and subject to further conditions is that petitioner shall deposit Rs.26,000/- at the time of furnishing bail bonds by way of victim compensation, thereafter the trial court shall issue notice upon the informant and victim and on their appearance and after proper verification, shall release the said amount in their favour in equal share.
The aforesaid deposition will not prejudice the case of the petitioner.
