Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C)and (D) of the I.T.Act in connection with BengabadP.S Case No. 102/18 corresponding to G.R Case No. 1086/18 pending in the court of J.M Ist Class Giridih
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent person and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case .
Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
The petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M Ist Class Giridih in connection with BengabadP.S Case No. 102/18 corresponding to G.R Case No. 1086/18 subject to the condition as follows :-
(I) petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till conclusion of trial and will cooperate in trial, failing which the trial court is at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner
(II) petitioner is further directed that along with bail bond, they will furnish their cell Numbers and Xerox coy of AADHAR Card in the court below.
(III) Further petitioner shall deposit Rs. 25,000/- before the court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds which will be subject to the result of the case and will not prejudice the case of the petitioner.
(IV) One of the bailors must be close relatives.
