The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section302 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Herhanj P.S Case No. 19 of 2018 corresponding to G.R Case No. 410 of 2018 pending in the court of CJM Latehar
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent person and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case .
Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Latehar in connection with Herhanj P.S Case No. 19 of 2018 corresponding to G.R Case No. 410 of 2018
