Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners have prayed for anticipatory bail in connection with Mandu P.S. case No. 276 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147/148/448/341/323/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is an omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons named in the First Information Report. Some of the accused persons named in the First Information Report have been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.03.2019 in ABA No.738 of 2019 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, on conditions that they shall be released on bail on depositing demand draft of Rs. 5,000/- each as ad interim victim compensation in favour of victim, Taiyab Ansari. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he is also ready to comply the same as Taiyab Ansari has not taken any specific name of the accused persons, who has assaulted him and causing such injury due to which his spleen has been removed. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer bail but has not disputed the fact that the co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted anticipatory bail to some of the named accused persons.

Considering the rival submissions of the parties, since the petitioners are inclined to comply the same conditions as mentioned in order dated 05.03.2019 passed in ABA No.738 of 2019 by depositing Bank draft of Rs. 5,000/- each in favour of the victim,

Taiyab Ansari, petitioners are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail in the event of their surrender/arrest within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu P.S. case No. 276 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

However, petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation and shall physically appear before the learned trial court on each and every date till conclusion of trial.
