The petitioner is an accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 441 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the victim was taken away by the accused and on the next date he was found in an unconscious state and after regaining consciousness, the victim had disclosed about the accused persons including the petitioner in assaulting him. The C.T.. scan report of the brain also disclosed fracture injury.
Regard being had to the specific nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him and accordingly, this application stands rejected at this stage.
