The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019.
The petitioner appears to have been apprehended with a countrymade pistol and a magazine and is custody since 12.07.2019.
Regard being had to the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly this application stands rejected at this stage.
