Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners have been granted the privileges of anticipatory bail in connection with Dhanbad (Bank More) P.S. Case No.749 of 2014 and R.C. Case No.71 of 2017, hence, there is no necessity of praying for anticipatory bail application in these cases, hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these anticipatory bail applications with liberty to produce the appropriate documents before the investigating officer.
Permission accorded.
These anticipatory bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
