Perusal of the record reveals that in order No.5 dated 13.09.2019, passed in this criminal miscellaneous petition due to printing error, the appeal in respect of which the said order was passed has been mentioned as Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.1247 of 2018 instead of Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 1274 of 2018 in all the paragraphs.
Accordingly, the order No.5 dated 13.09.2019 is modified to the extent that in all the paragraphs of the said order, “Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 1247 of 2018” be read as “Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 1274 of 2018”.
This order be treated as part of the order No.5 dated 13.09.2019.
