03/19.11.2019 Heard the parties.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018, Sessions Trial No. 183 of 2018.
It has been alleged that the inlaws of the informant was murdered. Suspicion was raised against the petitioner and one Santosh Singh due to the threat meted out earlier.
It appears that in course of trial, four witnesses have been examined. Although, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that seizure list witnesses have turned hostile but it appears that in course of investigation, there are some eye witnesses whose statements find place at paragraphs 22 and 30 of the case diary.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts coupled with the fact that the trial is progressing, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence his prayer for bail is accordingly rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
