2/19.11.2019 Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned Special P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 21 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was apprehended with 1 kg. 900 gms. of Opium for which he is in custody since 26.03.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Specal Judge (N), Khunti in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 21 of 2019, subject to the condition that he shall physically appear before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial.
