Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 419/ 420/ 467/ 468/ 471 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66 (B) (C) (D) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2018.

Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in which it is stated that charge has been framed on 18.01.2019 under Sections 419/ 420/ 467/ 468/ 471 of IPC and Section 66 (b) (c) (d) of IT Act.

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

Regard being had to the fact and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jamtara, in connection with Mihijam P.S. Case No.100/2017, G.R. No.666/2017, subject to further conditions that petitioner shall deposit Rs.30,000/- before the trial court at the time of furnishing bail bonds, which shall be subject to result of the case and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner. Further one of the bailors must be the relative of the petitioner. Further petitioner is directed to submit photocopy of AADHAAR card and cell number before the trial court at the time of furnishing bail bonds in the court below. Further, petitioner shall be physically present in the court below on each and every date fixed by the court below, failing which, the trial court is at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
