The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 18 of 2010, Spt. G.R. No. 445 of 2010, S.T. Case No. 263 of 2018.
It has been alleged that husband of the informant had gone to the house of one Thakur to fetch his motorcycle. However, he did not return till 26.5.2010 and on 2.6.2010 her brother in law informed about a dead body lying near Karo river. The said dead body belongs to her husband.
It appears that the petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion and the confession of the petitioner was recorded. In view of paucity of evidence, which would directly connect the petitioner with the commission of the offence, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No. 18 of 2010, Spt. G.R. No. 445 of 2010, S.T. Case No. 263 of 2018.
