The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ramkanda P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018, G.R. Case No. 642 of 2018.
It appears from the allegation that petitioner had taken away the daughter of the informant and sold her. It appears from the averments made in the instant application that the victim had subsequently returned and she is residing with her parents. The petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2018.
Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Garhwa in connection with Ramkanda P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018, G.R. Case No. 642 of 2018.
