The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018, G.R. No. 145 of 2018.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 5.11.2018 in B.A. No. 8037 of 2018 at that stage.
It appears that the petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2018 and in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim has stated about the fact that she is in a love affair with the petitioner.
Regard being had to the period of custody and the observations made in earlier round of litigation, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Giridih in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018, G.R. No. 145 of 2018.
