Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State assisted by Mr. Akhtar Hussain, learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 511/2017 arising out of Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 (G.R. No. 689 of 2017), pending before the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XI, Ranchi.
It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the brother of the informant.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
