Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.56 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.205 of 2018, for the offence under Sections 408/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Ajay Kumar Singh who is Store Manager of the Reliance Retailer Limited has been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.06.2018 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.3417 of 2018, as such the petitioner who is security guard of the Reliance Retailer Limited may also be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail but has not disputed this fact that co-accused Store Manager has been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his surrender/arrest within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., at Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.56 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.205 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However, the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation and physically appear before the trial court on each and every date till framing of charge.
