The petitioner, who is an accused for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act, prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar (Korra) P.S. Case No. 615 of 2017.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had friendship with the victim lady and they have shared the personal information, but nothing has been committed to hurt the informant and subsequently their relationship got strained, as such, the instant case has been instituted to tarnish the career of the petitioner, as the petitioner has been working as Airman in the Air-force.

Learned counsel for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant while opposing prayer for anticipatory bail, has submitted that because of Income Tax Return filed on behalf of the informant and a notice has been issued to the informant, as such, she has faced difficulties. Apart from that, the photograph of the informant has been put on porn site, but could not bring on record to show that any objectionable thing has been placed by the petitioner.

Considering rival submissions of the parties, the petitioner, who had friendship with informant, has been implicated subsequently as their relationship got strained and no damage has been caused to the informant, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to surrender himself before the court below within four weeks from today, and on his surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, in connection with Sadar (Korra) P.S. Case No. 615 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 2421 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate during trial of the case.
