The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 414,120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 & 13 Jharkhand Animal Prevention of Slaughter Act and section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.

When the case is called out, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit. Officer is directed to make diary entry and tag it with the file.

From perusal of the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the charge has been framed on 01.02.2019.

It appears that four cows and one calf have been recovered from the alleged vehicle being JH 10BM-4841 and the petitioners are labour and driver of the vehicle.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and also considering the period of detention, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of JM Giridih, in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 368/2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 2168, subject to the condition that one of the bailers must be close relative of the petitioner and other bailers must be local residet of Giridih district an subject to the further conditions as follows :

(1) Petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the trial court as and when his presence is required, till conclusion of trial and will cooperate in the trial, failing which the trial court will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.

(2) Petitioners are further directed that alongwith the bail bonds, he will furnish his Cell Numbers and xerox copy of AADHAR Cards in the court below.

(3) Further, petitioners shall deposit Rs. 25000/- before the the trial court at the time of furnishing of bail bonds, subject to the result of the case and the said deposit will not prejudice the case of the petitioner.
