4/05.12.2019 Perused the letter dated 21.11.2019, in which a prayer has been made for extension of time for conclusion of trial for a further period of 3 months.
The present bail application was disposed of. On 22.02.2019 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial within 6 months. However, it appears that out of 8 charge-sheeted witnesses, four have already been examined.
On consideration of the contents of the letter, the prayer for extension of conclusion of trial is allowed and the period of conclusion of trial is extended for a further period of two months from today.
