The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 41 4,419,420,467,468,471,120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(B),(C),(D) of the I.T.Act.

Pursuant to order dated 22.01.2019, learned counsel for the petitioners has produced the copy of order framing charge, which reveals that charge has been framed on 22.01.2019 U/ss 414,419,420,467,468,471,120B IPC and section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act. It is further submitted that petitioners are in jail custody since 08.10.2018. Hence, petitioners deserve bail.

On the other hand learned A.P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Regard being had to the fact and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 42/2018, and subject to the further conditions as follows:

1. Petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till conclusion of trial and will cooperate in trial, failing which the trial court will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.

2. Petitioners are further directed that alongwith the bail bonds, they will furnish their Cell numbers and xerox copy of AADHAR Cards in the court below.

3. Petitioners shall deposit Rs.30,000/- in the court below, as security deposit, on or before furnishing his bail bonds ,which shall be subject to the result o the case and will not prejudice the case of the petitioners.
