The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018.
It appears from the allegation that the petitioner used to purchase sim cards from Rohit Gupta and sell the same to Rajendra Prasad. The fake sim were used for fake identity of ration card holders. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2018.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018.
