2/22.04.2019 Heard Ms. Rajlaxmi Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S. K. Srivastava, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 2 of 2019.
It appears from the allegation that 30 quintals of coal was found loaded on truck and no paper has been produced by the petitioner. The petitioner is the driver of truck bearing no. JH04G/1799 and is in custody since 04.01.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dumka in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 2 of 2019.
