The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019.
It appears from the allegation that 80 bottles of foreign liquor and 1 kg. of Ganja were recovered from the house of the petitioner for which he is in custody since 28.02.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019 (CNR-JHEMO1-000636-2019).
