The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 1079 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147/148/149/341/323/384/307/324 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 20.11.2018 and the co-accused of this case namely, Shakti Yadav has already been granted bail in B.A. No. 5721 of 2018 under order dated 08.08.2018.
Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Court of learned C.J.M, Hazaribag in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 1079 of 2018, subject to condition that petitioner will deposit Rs, 25,000/- before the court below at the time of his furnishing bail bond and the court below shall issue notice to informant’s brother namely Utkarsha and after his appearance the said amount will be released in his favour after making proper verification and identification.
