Heard Mr. Suraj Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 673 of 2018 arising out of Dhurwa (Tupudana) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018.
It has been alleged that the brother-in-law of the informant went to Khunti. He had an affair with one Sneha Tiru. All the three mobile phones were found switched off. Subsequently his motorcycle was found in Tupudana O.P. It was suspected that some untoward happenings occurred with him. Subsequently the dead body of the brother-in-law of the informant was recovered.
In the case diary, the confessional statement of Sneha Tiru has been recorded in Para-90 and Para-93 and 94 contains the confessional statement of Jidan Purty and Naeem Ansari and they named the petitioner as an accomplice. Conspiracy appears to be hatched by Sneha Tiru and Sagar Lal for doing away with the life of the brother-in-law of the informant since deceased used to pester Sneha Tiru.
It appears that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018 and no material has been collected in course of investigation to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence.
Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XI, Ranchi, in connection with S.T. No. 673 of 2018 arising out of Dhurwa (Tupudana) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018.
