Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019.
The motorcycle of the informant was stolen and subsequently it was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2019.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019.
