02/13.12.2019 Heard Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Anuradha Sahay, learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghatsila P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, corresponding to G. R. No. 321 of 2015.
The accused persons had convinced the informant to give a loan of Rs. 2,00,000/- for construction of a house of Kamal Kumar Singh. An agreement was executed. Forged documents were submitted to the informant showing Recurring Deposit of Rs. 10,000/- per month. The loan appears to have been taken by Kamal Kumar Singh who has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 10596 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatsila, in connection with Ghatsila P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 corresponding to G. R. No. 321 of 2015.
