Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 152 of 2019 arising out of Karra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 (G.R. No. 24 of 2017).

It has been alleged that the vehicles were put on fire by the extremists on S.S.K.C. construction site. When the police reached the extremists had fled away firing and by taking the name of each other.

The petitioner seems to have been implicated as his name was overheard by the informant party. Two of the co-accused Md. Umer and Phuleshwar Gope have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 6878 of 2017 and B.A. No. 7308 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2019.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with S.T. No. 152 of 2019 arising out of Karra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017 (G.R. No. 24 of 2017).
