04/19.11.2018: From the report dated 1.11.2018 sent by the Officer-in-Charge, Lalpur Police Station, it would be evident that the sole appellant, namely, Raju Verma son of late Shibu Ram has already expired on 26th February, 2010. Alongwith the said report, photocopy of Death Certificate issued by the Government of Jharkhand, Department of Planning and Development (Directorate of Statistics and Evaluation) has been annexed.
In view of death of the sole appellant, this appeal stands abated.
