11/26.9.2018 : When the matter was called out, counsel for the appellant was present.
2 . It appears that vide letter dated 17.9.2018 it has been informed by officer-in charge, Sikidiri Police Station that the appellant Ramesh Yadav died on 13.9.2007. A death certificate issued by Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat, Chadu, Ormanjhi, District Ranchi to that effect has also been attached.
3 . In that view of the matter instant appeal stands disposed of as abated.
