Heard both the counsels.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2016. Learned counsel has further submitted that this petitioner had approached this Court for bail twice earlier and vide orders dated 31.01.2017 and 07.07.2017, his bail applications were rejected; however, learned court-below was directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. Learned counsel has further submitted that all the witnesses have been examined and the case is more or less at the stage of argument. Learned counsel has further submitted that bearing in mind that the petitioner has already spent sufficient time in custody and also from the facts of the case, as it appears, that it was a love affair between the couple and may be one sided love affair and the petitioner does not seem to be a criminal, the petitioner may be granted bail.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has opposed the bail application and has submitted that the trial is at the stage of completion.
Having heard the learned counsel for both the sides, gone through the records and in the facts and circumstances, present petitioner, named above, is ordered to be released on bail on executing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/(Rs. twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Seraikela in connection with Seraikela P.S. Case No. 188/2016, corresponding to S.T. No. 31/2017 with the condition that he will appear regularly in the hearing in trial before the court-below unless dispensed with by the court-below.
