The present contempt case has been filed, alleging noncompliance of the order dated 14th May, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.252 of 2018.
Learned A.C. to S.C. (Mines), while relying on the supplementary show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 dated 6th December, 2018, submits that the order has been passed by the Managing Director, Jharkhand State Scheduled Castes Cooperative Development Nigam Limited vide letter no.2288 dated 26th October, 2018 for payment of Rs.19.31 lacs. The said amount has also been passed by the Treasury Officer, Project Bhawan, Ranchi and after deducting the statutory amount, rest amount has been paid to the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the order dated 14th May, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.252 of 2018 has substantially been complied with by the opposite party no.2, I see no reason to proceed further in the matter. The contempt proceeding is dropped.
Accordingly, the present contempt case stands disposed of.
