The present contempt case has been filed, alleging noncompliance of the order dated 9th February, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.707 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order of this Court has now been complied with.
In view of the said submission, I see no reason to proceed further in the matter. The contempt proceeding is dropped.
Accordingly, the present contempt case stands disposed of.
