03/06.12.2018 The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 13.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 5350 of 2017.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 13.12.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5350 of 2017 has substantially been complied with by the opposite parties.
In view of the said submission, I see no reason to proceed further in the matter. The contempt proceeding as initiated against the opposite parties is dropped.
The contempt case is accordingly disposed of.
