4/8.02.2018 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, who opposes the prayer for bail.
The petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 20 of N.D.P.S. Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner and his associates were trying to flee away in a tempo. They were arrested from the spot and from the possession of this petitioner 250 gms Ganja was also recovered. The petitioner is in custody since10.10.2017.
Keeping in view of the period of custody, petitioner, namely, Md. Ehetsham Ansari @ Md. Ahtesham Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I-cumSpecial Judge, Dumka, in connection with Dumka Town, P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017, corresponding to G. R. No. 869 of 2017 (N.D.P.S.Case No. 2/17).
