In spite of several opportunity given to the O.P. No.2 the affidavit has not filed. This case is being heard in absence of O.P. No.2.
It is alleged that the petitioner has caught hold the hand of the informant and used vulgar language and also threatened her. The petitioner has already been granted provisional bail vide order dated 17.07.2017 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
Keeping in view of the nature of allegations and also taking into consideration that the petitioner was granted provisional bail, I allow this application. The provisional bail granted by a coordinate Bench on 17.07.2017 is hereby made absolute in relation to Giridih (M), P.S. Case No. 165 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1304 of 2017.
