It appears that under order dated 06.08.2018, petitioner was admitted on bail on certain conditions and a copy of this order was handed over to the learned APP for its transmission to the Superintendent of Police, Ramgarh for compliance.

When the case is called out, Sri Vikash Kishore appeared on behalf of the State and submitted that he has no instruction in the matter.

On that date, Superintendent of Police, Ramgarh is directed to remain physically present before this Court and explain as to what steps he has taken in terms of order dated 06.08.2018 as from perusal of para-107 of the case diary, it reveals that register of Ashutosh hospital was inspected thereafter it was found that several persons were admitted and their pregnancy was terminated but no investigation has been done with regard to abortions and further in para-130 of the case diary, after investigation final form has been submitted, but no investigation was conducted against the owner of the Ashutosh Hospital, Ramgarh, where the petitioner was working.

Let a copy of order be sent to the court below, Superintendent of Police, Ramgarh for his appearance along with the up-to-date investigation on the above points and also handed over to learned APP, who is directed to ensure the presence of the Superintendent of Police, Ramgarh on the next date.
