Vikash Saw Alias Bikki Vs the State of Jharkhand

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 21.06.2017, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on certain terms and conditions in A.B.A. No. 3488 of 2016 and he was directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from the date of that order, though the petitioner has paid Rs. 2,10,000/- to the O.P. No. 2 but due to misconception, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within stipulated time and his bail bond was not furnished so period for surrender before the Court below may kindly be extended.

In view of above submission, the order dated 21.06.2017passed in A.B.A. No. A.B.A. No. 3488 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and furnish bail bonds subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1,100/- before the President/Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Advocates Clerk Association latest by 08.08.2018 and produce the receipt of aforesaid deposition of amount before the trial court on the date of his surrender.

Cr.M.P. No. 490 of 2018 stands allowed and disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the President/Secretary, Jharkhand High Court Advocates Clerk Association, Ranchi and to the trial court.
