It appears that under order dated 06.08.2018, the anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected and the Joint Registrar(Judicial) was directed to hold enquiry and submit report fixing responsibility as to what circumstances case diary & injury report which was submitted by the court below on 07.05.2018, was not brought to the notice of this Court.
Perused the inquiry report dated 25.10.2018 which reveals that Assistant Registrar, Section Officer and particularly the Dealing Assistant Miss Sneha of A.B.A Section are guilty
In view of the finding recorded by the Joint Registrar (Judicial) in enquiry report, let a copy of this order along with copy of order dated 06.08.2018 and copy of enquiry report dated 25.10.2018 be sent to the learned Registrar General of this Court with direction to place the same before Hon’ble the Chief Justice with request to take administrative action against the delinquent officers, staffs.
