It appears that under order dated 06.08.2018 the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected and the trial court in association with Secretary, D.L.S.A, Palamau at Daltonganj under the supervision of Principal District Judge-cum-Chairman, D.L.S.A, Palamau at Daltonganj was directed to formulate scheme for rehabilitation to the O.P. No. 2 and to submit report. Report dated 08.08.2018 submitted by Shri Vijay Kumar No. 1, learned Principal District & Sessions Judge,-cum-Chairman, D.L.s.A, Palamau reveals that B.d.O Haidarnagar reported that order for sanctioning Goat Shed or Hen Shed has not been received at his end from District headquarter and soon after it sreceipt order for sanctioning the above said shall be passed. It is also mentioned that a meeting of Criminal Injury Compensation Board was also held on 27.09.2018 under the Chairmanship of the undersigned and as per Resolution of the said Board, Rs, 20,000/- was directed to be paid to the O.P. No. 2 and the . It has been also mentioned that B.d.O Haidarnagar also made available a copy of his letter dated 10.11.2018 issued by him for acceptance of the administrative approval accorded by him for construction of a Goat Shed in the field of the O.P. No. 2/complainant at the cost of Rs. 631,156/- along with the copy of the administrative approval granted by him for the above said Goat shed.
As the sufficient steps has been taken for rehabilitation, no further order is required to be passed.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court, Secretary, D.L.S.A, Palamau at Daltongagnj and Principal District Judge-cum-Chairman, Palamau at Daltonganj.
