Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rehla P.S Case No. 81 of 2013, corresponding to G.R No.1827 of 2013, S.T Case No.50 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 302, 307 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There being direct allegation against the petitioner to have fired pistol upon two sons of the informant and both of them died, earlier the bail applications of this petitioner were dismissed twice by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for
bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Sunil Singh @ Sunil Kumar Singh, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
