Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahila P.S Case No. 10 of 2015, corresponding to Sessions Trial No.144 of 2015, for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.
There being direct allegation against the petitioner to have committed rape upon the minor daughter of the informant, earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 14.1.2016 passed in B.A No. 9485 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Deb Narayan Manjhi @ Debnarayan Majhi, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
