Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1443 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, lodged on the basis of self-statement of S.I. Mahanand Surin, Officer-in-Charge, Pirpra P.S.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that co-accused Saiyad Ansari has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory

bail.

Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1443 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to the further condition that on the date of furnishing bail bonds, petitioner shall deposit Rs. 2,000/- in the court below, which shall be subject to the result of the case.
